The HERS-tested AVXC20 is a traditional air conditioning unit with inverter technology that is ComfortBridge Technology compatible. This traditional AC unit provides continuous performance monitoring to maximize indoor comfort. It features a high-efficiency design that incorporates an advanced variable-speed compressor and variable-speed ECM fan motor. Providing up to 24.5 SEER, the inverter drive, split-system AC is one of the most energy-efficient systems of its kind on the market.

Product Summary
This high-efficiency system adjusts automatically to reduce energy usage, using performance data gathered from high-tech sensors. The HVAC unit delivers reliability and efficient cooling capacity thanks to components such as:
- High-Efficiency, Variable Speed Compressor: More efficient than a single-stage compressor and designed to provide years of reliable performance.
- High-Efficiency, Variable Speed ECM Condenser Fan Motor: Contributes to the unit’s quiet operation with quiet airflow across the condensing coil, enabled by an advanced fan design.
- Advanced Diagnostics: An integrated system constantly monitors the air conditioner, instantly pinpointing trouble spots and performance issues, and reducing system failures.
- Heavy-Gauge Galvanized Steel Enclosure: Features a sound-control top and advanced fan design to minimize noise, while contributing to the unit’s exceptional durability. The enclosure is also 500-hour salt spray tested and compliant with 2017 Florida Building Code regulations for integrity in hurricane-type winds.
AVXC20’s energy-efficient design also incorporates five-millimeter premium copper tubing along with an aluminum fin condenser coil. These components are engineered for optimal heat transfer and use regulation-compliant R-410A refrigerant. The system also includes coil and ambient temperature sensors, a field-installed bi-flow filter drier, and a field-selectable boost mode to increase compressor speed in high loads.
An advanced diagnostic system allows commissioning and diagnostics using Bluetooth and the CoolCloud™ app. Diagnostic indicator lights are included on the unit itself, as is a seven-segment LED display; fault codes are stored in the system’s memory. But in addition to ease of use and service, the traditional air conditioner is compatible with modern home automation systems, including Nest products. You can therefore monitor the AC unit and other home systems from your smartphone to track performance and any potential issues.
