How iWave Works

iWave injects ions into the air in a patented process called needle-point bi-polar ionization. This creates a balance of positive and negative ions. As a result, pollutants and gases break down into oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and water vapor.

The ions generated by iWave are found in nature. While energy and shear break apart molecules in the environment, this purification system produces ions without creating ozone. These ions remove hydrogen molecules from viruses, bacteria, and mold, depriving them of energy and causing them to die. When the ions attach to particles such as pollen, it causes them to bind together to form larger particulates too big to pass through filters.

Once an iWave air purifier is installed, it does not require any maintenance. In fact, there are no replacement parts so you can enjoy 10 to 15 years of consistent air purification. All the while, no harmful byproducts are produced, as some other purifying technologies can release mercury, titanium dioxide, and other potentially harmful compounds.

iWave kills pathogens downstream in your HVAC system. It can reduce airborne particles and control odors while drawing less than 60 watts. The solid-state design means the system operates continuously without breaking down, and each product is covered by a three-year limited warranty.

iWave works by producing equal amounts of positive and negative ions. When combined, these create a neutral charge that safely breaks down any contaminants in the air, creating a healthy environment.
