We had a complete system tune up on our furnace and ductwork by John B who was here on time, efficient, friendly and knew his job. He even wore booties, which I like a lot. He didn't try to sell us anything either, which we appreciate. But he did explain everything we wanted to know about our furnace. Good job John B.
It was a heat wave when our AC went out. Called for a service appointment and we had Jose V. At our door at 8 am the next day. He quickly fixed the problem, then carefully inspected and cleaned our old system. He inspected the ducts in the attic and showed us photos of some bad previous work that was contributing to an airflow problem. We decided to fix that too and a great crew headed by Pablo, and assisted by Walter showed up promptly the next day and replaced the entire duct system. They did a great job and we recommend everyone at NexGen for good service and reliable, personable technicians. Great job!
Great experience with NexGen! Brian Shirley and Jeff Larson came to the house promptly to discuss our options. They took the time to examine our current heating unit and explain what their recommendations are based on our needs, and our budget, and why. All of my husbands questions were answered thoroughly. Install was scheduled for the next day and the workers were exactly on time, worked diligently throughout the day, they were polite and professional. They did a great job installing the unit, and with clean up. The thermostat and other functions were explained in full detail and all of my questions were addressed. Zero complaints whatsoever, great service and price. I highly recommend this company!
We can't say enough great things about NexGen A/C! We had our new AC installed yesterday and they finished it all in one day! Simon and his crew worked as a team and I have never seen such efficiency and skillsets as I witnessed yesterday. Unbelievable that they removed our old heater and installed a state of art Trane/Carrier HVAC system and new ducts all in one day! Plus, at a great price! If you are looking to upgrade or install new AC these are your guys!!
